1. Digital Products
All products sold on LittleBloomKids are digital downloads (PDF files). Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered to your email.

2. Technical Issues
If you experience any technical problems with your download — such as a broken link, corrupted file, or failed delivery — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at miko@echomegroup.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly by re-sending the file or providing an alternative download method.

3. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the content meets your needs.

4. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at miko@echomegroup.com with details of the transaction. We will investigate the matter and respond within 2 business days.
